Online Solutions and Support OCD and Anxiety Disorders
My private practice opened in 2005, and later on I chose to specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders. To provide effective, evidence-based care, I became certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and completed extensive specialized training in treating OCD and anxiety.
I retired in 2024 but soon realized how much I missed the purpose and fulfillment of helping others. After my wife and I moved to Virginia to be closer to family, I decided to reopen my practice and return to the work I find so meaningful.
I keep my practice intentionally small so I can give each client and family the time and attention they deserve. Seeing a limited number of clients each week allows me to offer thoughtful, personalized care tailored to your needs. Online OCD and Anxiety Disorders Counseling provides effective, convenient and personalized treatment.
Today, I am licensed to practice in both Florida and Virginia.

“I provide online OCD therapy and anxiety therapy for people struggling with OCD or an anxiety disorder. I also work with families who want to better understand and support a loved one living with OCD or anxiety.
My practice also offers support groups for individuals looking for a safe place to connect with others dealing with OCD. Some people with OCD or anxiety are treatment-resistant because of the severity of their OCD or are not ready to begin therapy. Support groups are offered to family members of loved ones who are treatment-resistant. These groups provide a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and learn practical ways to support a loved one while caring for their own well-being.”
